Internal Complaints Committee

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is established at Nandini College as per the guidelines of UGC and the Government of India to address complaints of sexual harassment and related grievances. It plays a proactive role in creating a safe, inclusive, and equitable campus environment by sensitizing stakeholders and addressing concerns promptly and fairly.

Complaint Handling Procedure

Complaints related to harassment, discrimination, or gender-based violence may be submitted to the ICC. The Committee will initiate an inquiry within 7 working days and ensure fair, confidential, and unbiased proceedings.

  • Complaints can be submitted via email or in writing to the Chairperson.
  • All complaints are kept confidential and resolved as per the UGC guidelines.
  • The ICC may also conduct awareness workshops and counselling sessions.
